Who we are
ZEED India is an initiative of Dhruv Publications (owner: Mrs Dipali R Raut), which is the legal operator and data fiduciary for partner applications. Questions about this notice can be sent to officedhruvpublications@gmail.com.
What we collect
Identity and contact details (name, mobile, email, date of birth, language). Address. Education, occupation and partner background. Payout details (bank or UPI) and, optionally, PAN and GSTIN. One identity document image or PDF. Your declarations, consent time and notice version.
Why we use it
To review your application, verify your identity manually, contact you, pay you if you are approved, and meet any tax requirements that apply. Updates about programmes are sent only if you opted in.
Who can see it
Only authorised ZEED India reviewers who need it for these purposes, plus our hosting and storage providers that process data on our behalf. Bank, UPI and PAN values are encrypted and hidden by default. Identity documents are kept in private storage and are never publicly accessible. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep it for as long as we need it to review your application and, if you are approved, for the partnership and any tax or accounting records the law requires. Documents from applications that are not approved are deleted once they are no longer needed for review or for handling disputes.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to the email above. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to continue your application or make payouts. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as encryption, access controls and private storage. No system can be guaranteed fully secure.
